I recently visited Jack in the Box and unfortunately encountered some issues with my order. Not only did they fail to provide me with the sauces I requested, but they also didn't have the new boba drink or ribeye burger available. It was disappointing not to receive the items I was looking forward to trying. I hope Jack in the Box can improve their inventory management and ensure that customers receive the correct order items in the future.
Fast service! Professional and polite staff! Everything I ordered was good! The hot food was hot and tasted freshly prepared. The fish sandwich was crispy with crunchy lettuce. The fries were hot! The person who made my Oreo Cookie shake properly filled the lid with whipped cream! It made my day!
Food is good. Place is clean. All is good except for the customer service at the front counter. I believe manager or team leader there. She had a not so welcome demeanor. Kind of rude.
