Jack in the Box

The young lady, and the manager on duty at the drive thru who made the Oreo shakes with love, did a phenomenal job providing excellent customer service and with the food service you hardly see in today’s society. Kaniece, and the manager you did fantastic job.

I ordered #5 no tomatoes ???? but after getting home and trying to eat my food there was tomatoes ???? on my burger and someone else ordered the same as myself after I ordered and he got his order before I got mine I don't think it was right he got his order before me this was my first time eating here and I liked the freshness and flavor of the food I use to eat at Jack in the Box when I lived in San Diego, CA it's been years since I have eaten at Jack in the Box, I hope next time they get my order right I also had to remind the person that handled me my food that I had a cheesecake also that was left out of my order

Attempted to pick up an online order inside, however as soon as I walked in, 2 employees were physically fighting while screaming at one another. All customers in the restaurant were clearly uncomfortable and the manager just told to 2 to fight outside (which was very odd management). The 2 ladies in front of me were clearly not happy with the commotion and how long it caused everything to take. The 2 employees walked back in and continued to punch, push, and shove each other, now a 3rd employee trying to get in the middle to stop them but also getting punched and shoved in the process. At this point, I just wanted to leave and get my money back but the manager and employees were too preoccupied with the fight, so I just left as I was on a time crunch. Very very disappointed.
