Jack in the Box

Been coming here for years, hasn't let me down yet. I've only used the drive thru and always late night. Service is good. Only con is choosing what side to go to for the drive thru, the line can go either way. Typically I chose the Pacific side for the drive thru.

I went and ordered 2 croissants with ham inside of the restaurant. I had to repeat the order 4 times. The order took 6 minutes and the place only had 1 person in front of me. When I finally got the time to eat (I was just at work) the order had cheese. Being allergic to dairy, I did not eat it or was I able to eat anything for lunch. I had to look online to get a phone number as it was not printed on the receipt and called to complain. They offered to replace the order, but at that time I just wanted to be refunded ($4.84 for bread and a thin slice of ham). I do not believe I will ever go back. Employee did not listen and the service was extremely poor.

I am extremely disappointed with this location. I stopped by after work, very hungry and craving an ultimate cheeseburger. It was around 3:00 AM when I was about to place my order; suddenly, the employee told me that she couldn't take my order because they were only serving Uber eats. Very pathetic! What kind of fast food establishment is open 24 hours and is not able to sell food to customers? I don't think that Jack in the box will make that much profit selling exclusively to a food delivery service at 3:00 AM. What about the rest of the faithful customers who want to grab a bite? It seems to me that the useless employees didn't want to work and were taking care of their own business while getting paid to work. Deplorable customer service. Living in a ghetto city like Huntington Park. I can only expect a ghetto experience from pathetic employees. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. I will never come back to waste my time and my money.
