Jack in the Box

We frequent this JITB as it is right around the corner from where we live. We’ve never had great success with it, but nothing bad enough for us to stop going. Tonight my husband went for dinner for us and brought it home, my order was wrong. He took it back, and they gave us a completely wrong sandwich from what was ordered. I decided to go back next. When I told the woman working that my order was messed up twice, she smiled like it was a joke. She went to the kitchen and told them what the order was supposed to be and they all start laughing? Only then was my order finally corrected, after three trips and laughter from the kitchen staff.

Nearly every time I come to this location I’m disappointed. The inside looks unkept, the employees seem lazy, and order accuracy is always questionable. Today I ordered onion rings just to get home and they’re jalapeño poppers. Just one of many times this store can’t get the simplest of tasks when it’s not even busy. I think this store could be great if they just managed the current staff better or hired more attentive ones.

The bathrooms are close because they experienced vandalism in the past, hownthat justified i dont know. Their drinks were all canned drinks but still charged as the size you ordered.
