Been a long while since eating here. Was actually very good. Youngest lady working the window that day was very sweet and friendly.
I pulled up yesterday and was denied service because they were short staffed. They told me to order through a third party app (at 3am) when there was NOBODY in line. I’m going to leave a review every time I’m denied service here. There’s absolutely no reason to not take orders at the 24 HOUR drive through. Regardless if short staffed or not, there should have been a “it’s going to be a 10-15 minute wait, is that okay with you?” Conversation, but no, I was denied service instead. Mind you there was nobody in line when I got and left there. UPDATE 11/8: the website link that the owner had me go to DOES NOT WORK. It’s a fake link that leads to nothing, this place truly does not care about its customers. Complete disappointment of a Jack in the box.
Sourdough jack meal. Untoasted bread, cheese unmelted. Cold patty. 2 tacos were gross and cold as well. Basically I paid 10 bucks for a large drink. Skip this dumpster and make the trip to the warm springs location.
