Jack in the Box

I had a bad experience with their service and no response. Not only did they short me on my order but they didn’t honor my mobile order. I wanted Jack in the Box tonight but at 9pm their store was unlit and nobody was in the drive through. McDonalds, Carl’s Jr., Burger King, and even Del Taco was packed. They don’t want your business and I’d be afraid of the food if they served you.

Very disappointed in drive up window service. Ordered popcorn chicken and asked what flavored sauce they had. The woman said "Good Sauce". I thought she didn't hear or understand me and repeated my question. She promptly said I'll tell you at the window. Got to window and she didn't even greet me just told me how much I owed. When she handed me my drink it was only halfway filled. No thank you. She was lacking customer service skills and I felt rushed and like I was a bother to her day. What ever happened to customer service?

I had a very bad experience coming here ! I was waiting for 30mim at the drive thru (8:10)am. And no body was working , They say they open at 6:00am but nobody was there . I think they were sleeping inside. That car was just parked there and nobody inside the car. Definitely not coming never again
