Jack in the Box

Service is normally terrible but the food is usually ok. Today both were terrible. I came through at 7:32 pm and ordered 10 tacos. I received those and went home. When I got home my son went to eat one and it was just soggy grease filled tortilla. They're always a little greasy but that's too be expected. This was so greasy by the time I returned grease was soaking through the bottom of the bag. Since they were only half cooked I guessed I headed back and called on the way to give them a heads up. Mind you it took me 30 minutes total to go back and forth again. I told the girl on the phone about it and she told me i needed to bring the entire order and receipt back. That's was fine except for the part of the one that had already tried to be eaten. I didn't think she would want a half chewed up taco brought back so I told her I had 9 I was bringing back. I went through the drive-thru there were two or three cars ahead of me nothing special I could see the bags getting handed to the ones it was like a single bag it wasn't like they ordered for 20 people it took 30 minutes from the time I pulled in and I had to wait for 5 minutes before I could even place the order and then the rest of the time there was no business inside the restaurant at all what the hell
