I deleted a previous negative review, because you also need to give credit where credit is due. For the 1st time in about 10 years, I finally received a fantastic burger from this Jack In The Box location. If this is the start of something good, please keep it up. If you keep up the good burgers people are gonna keep coming back. It's that simple.
Walked into and politely said “hello I’ve got a door dash order,” and the cashier didn’t even turn around or acknowledge my existence. I get it. Your job isn’t amazing. I’ve been working at restaurants for 14 years. People can be terrible. But this was a new one.
I ordered a ribeye burger. They don't have any patties so they substitute it with some other patty without telling me. I decided to give them another chance. This time they didn't put bacon and only put a half slice of cheese on my "loaded" breakfast sandwich. This stuff isn't cheap. ????
