Just tried to go threw the drive thru and was told I had to come inside because the drive thru register was down… now I know the headsets are cordless and they could process the transaction on one of the other two registers in the lobby the fact that the staff is that lazy to not walk the extra 10ft. Cmon seriously!?!?
The food was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful, I asked if there’s any deals and they helped with explaining the current deal. I got chicken sandwich and two tacos and they all were fresh and tatsy.
So this incident happened June 22nd 2023 @ 11:09 pm the person working on the drive thru intercom was impatient and really disrespectful which was a female. And then I called the store to speak with the manager and I was letting the manager know what happened with that female and the manager was not understanding but arguing back with me instead and hung up on me!? Corporate needs to check this store employees. Bad customer service!!
