Jack in the Box

Just because I have to select a star to write a review, first supposedly the dining has to close at 10 and they close the dining area at 3pm I work on the next door I usually love the coffee here, but now I can’t pick up my order because they have the doors close. Plus the weather right now is 103 f and I have to wait outside for it! I understand the area but not everyone is picking up with car!!

SMH!!! Worst service ever!! Lady is rude who is taking orders and don’t put no napkins or katchup!! And when I asked to double check she said we’ll look !! I dont appreciate the attitude not the disrespectful. Then told me I had to go to the drive thru just for katchup and napkins they forgot even after asking !! Order a large fry and it was as small as the small curly fries I ordered !! People are lazy and rude !! Taco was not even cooked through

There's a sign that says 24 hour drive thru, which is a lie because they don't seem to ever take orders from 3-6 am, so you should think of changing that sign to be more accurate. Edit: Wow if I could go lower than 1 star I would, because I just pulled in behind 3 cars in the drive thru (3:30am) and waited 15 mins to order; just to get told they're not taking anymore orders and I know the car directly in front of me ordered because it was still on screen, so I'll never be coming back to this establishment.
