So yesterday 08/10/2022 I ordered a meal I went 3 minutes up the road to eat it and the food was cold. I called and was told to come in the next day and they would remake it. I did and they did. But although that was good customer service, I still had a day where I ate cold food. Not happy about that at all. I work 13 hrs a day so that wasn't good for me cause I didn't finish the food because it was cold.
Staff here is very nice. Fast service and you get what you ordered. Prices for a breakfast sandwich is crazy though. Even the breakfast jack is expensive now.
They have terrible service can't get orders right half the time and now...at 12:50 at night the person at the window and it, seem to be the night manager, wanted to have a 8 min conversation with her friend in the drive through window while a paying customer sits waiting as there food gets cold. Well was paying. I took off and won't be back complete insult to the costumer. Should have zero stars. The people working there don't deserve their pay. You should be paying the customer to waste their time with this place.
