Just went and the hispanic guy saying “hi sir” thank you sir” “anything else sir”working the drive through forgot to give me my tacos and told me everything is in the bag with such certainty and im sure it was because i said i didnt need the receipt so he took advantage its happened before same strategy.. they never answer the phone they know what theyre doing and dont tell me youre dissapointed to hear that because you are not the manager or whoever runs this place has to be the most incompetent person in the city i cant wait till robots take your job in a couple years and we can finally enjoy our food we pay for with decent customer service at the very least you can tell all the employees here hate their life

It's ok. They just to hire more friendly employees. I understand everybody has a bad day , but to take it out on customers is bad.

As always any special order like no cheese comes with cheese when you get home and the french fries are always cold and hard this is been going on forever
