Getting worse with every visit! Workers take their time, at night, with placing your order and act as if you are bothering them. Yeah. The Wheatland location will be getting my business from now on, or I'll just wait until I make it to the Denton area.
Understaff and lazy people… they don’t want to work … they like easy money…. Food is cold and they are always on their cell phone… don’t come to these jack just go the one in Hampton and Illinois.
If I can give no stars I would. On Nov 11 after 5:30pm I came into the lobby to place an order. Once I got to the register 2 young hispanic men ran to back of the store and didn’t take my order. I waited like 5 mins until I said excuse me is there anyone going to help me? It took me 2 time of saying it than some young hispanic lady came looking and I told her what took place she walked to the back to say something to them and no one still came to front to assist me. Like 2 minutes later a young hispanic girl came in took my order which I came in just one order of tacos. I didn’t even get I apologize for the inconvenience but only bad customer service. I will not be returning back to this location I rather driver further to receive better service!Do better!
