Jack in the Box

Horrible customer service at the order box, got interrupted during my order which the lady got wrong 4 times, to tell me she would see me at the window even though I wasn't done ordering. She then ignored me for a solid minute while I waited to continue ordering. When my patience ran out and I drove away from the speaker I heard her immediately greet the next car in line. When I made it to the window I was met with an open air of disdain and irritation. When the second lady read the first part of my order I said yes but I wasn't done ordering and she scoffed and said "im not the one who took your order" (in pretty sure it doesn't matter who took the order since she was the MANAGER and should have rectified the situation with a better attitude instead of shrugging it off) after I told her the second part of our order I had to re speak my whole order because she erased the first part. When I finally got my food part of it was still wrong after all that.

I was completely ignored by Memo the person who took my order and charged me. I tried confirming my order at the window with no answer. I pulled up to the window and he ignored me and walked away. He brushed me off when I asked his name. If your having a bad morning dont come to work. Simple. Sad I can't go to that loca anymore because of his bad customer service. To top it off my order was wrong and wasn't able to request sauces since he walked away even before I could say anything.

It was Jack at two am. What do you expect? Fast food is generally a mandatory 2 star or below rating..but…the guy working was pleasant & personable, service was quick, the food was hot, my drink had more drink than ice, and the fries weren’t soggy or dripping with grease….so….bonus star..3 out of 5.
