Jack in the Box

I received my order and was missing items. I go back get my missing items ask if that was everything. The cashier said yes, I get home and order is not what we ordered. I called talked to the person in charge and said she couldn't help me that there was nothing she could do and I had to wait till the morning and see what they could do. They need to get it together and confirm the orders are being completed accurately and a timely manner. It also doesn't help that the cashier looks like he's high, and maybe that's why my order wasn't taken correctly. Bad experience avoid wasting your money and not receiving your orders to their entirety

Buckle up, this is a good one. I placed a mobile order to be picked up through the drive thru. 20 minutes later I go to the restaurant and let them know I have a mobile order. The guy goes and gets someone else and they tell me, “oh yea sorry your order has already been picked up.” Lol then I said, “well ok so someone stole my food” and I just stared at her. She again apologized as if I’m supposed to leave. Yea that wasn’t going to happen. They went ahead and remade my food that they mistakenly gave away the first time. What a joke jack in the box. Horrible customer service.

Bad customer service at the drive thru. The girl was rude and mean, took my order wrong and still had an attitude instead of fixing the order. Since the minute I started ordering she was rude by the time I got to the window she was yelling and mad. She shouldn’t work there if she doesn’t have what it takes to provide good customer service. I won’t go back there again.
