Every time I come here the doors are locked, the orders have some problems, the wait is too long, employees are beyond rude, But what really gets me is the wait... Lots of money lost waiting for this joint to complete orders and wrong. So, if you get an offer for this joint to, just skip it

I had to downgrade my rating on this place due to the fact that when I was going to the drive-thru, of course what do I get nothing but cold French fries. How difficult is it to prepare hot french fries for your customers and why do the employees feel that it's okay to give out cold food! I blame this entirely on all management because if they are being trained that this is okay then it falls upon management! It is true that stuff flows downstream, however training comes from the top! If you can't train people the right way all the time then you shouldn't be a trainer or a manager or anything above anyone else and then claim that you're not getting paid enough!
