Jack in the Box

I buy a salad, parked to eat, realized I don’t have my dressing, I get off and it’s lock, the staff girls see me knocking and none of the 3 got up to see how can they help after they see me trying to let them know through the door I needed my ranch dressing.. they never came to the door and here I’am in line again to get it. So unprofessional!! Waisting my precious time!!

Average customer service average food my biggest complaint is that if I go during the nigth past 10 pm and I want a shake all of a sudden their machine not working an employee told me that the truth is they don't want to wash the machine of shakes after using it I find this very bad bcs the shakes are on the menu so due to their laziness they lie about it not working not cool

Went through the drive-thru and nobody was there. My boyfriend got down and tried to go inside, but the doors were locked. The workers were sitting at the table (it looked like they were on break) and yelled at him to go through the drive-thru. We just left and went somewhere else. I’m assuming they were on break and had nobody to cover for them, but how on earth is that the customers fault? What a ridiculous experience.
