Jack in the Box

My order was incomplete and mind you I payed with a $50 bill for the total amount of 24.15 and my return change should have been 25.84 but I got 15.16 back I was told to wait out front for my order only to get home and find out I only got 4tacos instead of the six I payed for. This is the second time an issue like this has occurred at this location. Customer satisfaction was not met.

Not even a 1 star bad Service !! I live in the neighbor hood in Bonita cal . Order breakfast for my grandsons before school !! This jack in the box always gets my order wrong ! I always give the benifit of dout ? And just re order !! Not only do they get it wrong they over charge , because it’s a less expensive item they give me !! Well this morning I went inside to tell them they made a mistake again ! The women at the counter was rude !! Told me not to come back here , if they get my order wrong !! I told her I live in Bonita , I support my community !! Does any one remember when Jack in the box had a number to call corporate in case there was a problem they don’t do that any more !! There’s no excuse for bad service and not getting the orders unless you have no clue with what your doing !!
