Jack in the Box

Avoid at all costs. Stopped by in the morning and it wasn't busy at all. There were three people working and it took forever or anyone to acknowledge us which was wtv and the person who took our order was super short and it was weird but not everyone is a people person. We ordered coffee and it was cold. Asked a Jordan for hot coffee and heard all of them questioning "how could it be cold". When we told them to taste it themselves we caught so much attitude she made it a point to say "no I am not going to try it, that's why were warming it up for you!". We're buying food, it's not free and if we order coffee we at least expect to be warm. Plus it smelled gross in there because of the bathroom ????. Never again.

Totally messed up two of our four orders. The staff got into denial. One of the salads was full of lettuce that should have been tossed out, which the staff did when presented with it but no replacement or reimbursement. Will never go to a Jack in the Box again.
