First, I had to wait a good deal of time to order. Then, when I ordered the worker acknowledged my food order. I ordered a shake, but she said that they didn't have shakes available. I was disappointed, but I ordered a coke instead. When I got to the window, she took my card and charged it. She then handed my my card, my coke, but no receipt. I was waiting for the food I ordered. After a couple of minutes of waiting, she looked at me and asked for payment for my food. I told her that I ha already paid. I told her I was still waiting for the order of roost fries that I had asked for, but she said that she only charged me for my coke. Which means they didn't make my food, and I would have to wait even longer. I was upset because I had just worked 8 hours, missed dinner, and was hungry, and this Jack in the Box in Azusa has repeatedly let me down.
