Jack in the Box

Had the worst drive thru experience with Team Leader Lucia. I don't normally eat a Jack in the box and this experience just reflects so poorly on them. She messed up my order at drive thru. I had to drive back to correct it and when I came back and suggested reading the order back she said they dont do that here. She closed the window in my face as I was speaking. When I came in store to tell her that was rude she said she thought I was done talking (I clearly was not) and walked away. Did not apologize once. She has very poor customer service skills and needs to work on it.

Horrible drive thru not sure how it is during the day but we went at like 1230am drive thru line 10 cars deep. Horrible service! Not only that they take for ever to take your order but they are extremely rude. The customer service is poor! I truly understand that, specially those jobs are really stressful due to the high volume of clients at night but if you cannot keep up with your job specially as a shift leader or assistant manager then look for a Job that makes you happier. As clients we do not deserve poor service and nasty food just because you been working “12 hours” we are paying for our food and service at least we should deserve a better experience. Tonight I was in line for almost 45 minutes waiting for them to take our order, once we got to the window their ApplePay machine was not working and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience (LUCIA) was really rude and disrespectful, stating that my card was not supportive by their system when I have used it before at Jack in the Box (it’s a normal debit card added to my applePay) she even yelled at us stating that she was there working
