Closed dining room with people eating inside at sunday september 25 at 2:35pm whyy?

Went at 10PM. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Sat in drive thru for 10 mins and didn’t move. Went inside to see if it was quicker, waited over 20 minutes for our food. Restaurant lobby is disgusting, spills everywhere, trash everywhere, seats scattered about. Another customer (who had been waiting before we got there for our food) asked where their food was, and the employees response was “are you sure we didn’t give it to you?” I don’t expect a lot from fast food, but do better

Dealt with the young lady by the name of Erica Serna she was so rude I literally came back after I had an online order because they forgot something, I was even going to order something in addition cuz I felt bad going through the drive-thru for something that they forgot to put in the bag and this young lady was so rude to me so rude condescending absolutely unprofessional her tone her attitude her body language or all sarcastic I didn't think it's really unfortunate for this establishment to have somebody like her working on a busy Sunday morning completely disappointed in my experience today and I really hope that when I return to this place I don't have to deal with Erica Serna ever again
