I am on downtime due to an Achilles tendon injury so I have been ordering food and being adventurous with my orders. I ordered from here as a “hell, why not ?” I ordered oxtails ($30) and a side of plantains($4). So I will say this place can get real expensive real fast. After waiting an hour and a half for my delivery to arrive (partially, due to me living kinda out city lines) I was so disappointed that I did not get my plantains and I received a plate of jerk chicken ????. Now with that being said I am rating on what I received… which is the chicken.. super flavorful. The peas & rice as well as the cabbage could have used seasoning. Note: I did not rate on delivery time because that only has to do with the delivery program and as a delivery partner I understand the time! Now, as the restaurant responded and advised the driver mixed up orders that’s totally understandable because I have done it (keeps me woke at nights). I did check the order for any identifying informatio
When they first opened I supported the business, yesterday was my 2nd time going and I found maggot eggs in my food, yes maggot eggs????I did return the food and received a cash refund ($13) But my cc was charged ($16).I'm glad I look before I eat, never again! * I'm replying to owners response*..I'm not dumb I know what I saw cause they was in small clusters on different pieces of chicken and it wasn't all over like seasoning, and I noticed flies in the trailer.
Though it was my first experience of Caribbean food, without any doubt this place is the best!! I am new here and waited for a week for them to open after the year end vacation. It’s a small truck currently doing business only from Wednesday till Saturday 2PM to 8PM. I truly wish them to get good business to run the show throughout the week!! I ordered Jerk Chicken, Oxtail, and Goat curry. All of them tasted yumm!! Loved plantain fries too. People in Manor and near by please give them a visit and you wont regret!!
