Ivar's Seafood Bar

Nah they fish and fries really great, original I feel like is more better than the Cajun but thats my opinion about 14$ for 5 piece with fries under I always get this, great food for low price.

We visited this Ivar's location for lunch while on a family trip to the Seattle area. For 3 adults, 2 kids and a toddler (toddler shared our food), it was a little over $100. Was it worth that? The fish was delicious, the fries didn't taste very fresh, the calamari was completely grease soaked, and the chower was just okay. Out of the 3 cups of chowder ordered, 1 of them was extremely watery (like it was skimmed off the top of the pot). The 3 adults in our party shared the family meal, and it didn't come with baskets/plates so we used napkins as plates. Not a huge deal, but it felt a little primitive lol The building itself seemed a little rundown, but we ate outside and the patio area was pleasant. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful while ordering. This is definitely not the worst place to eat, but I don't know as if we would return to this Ivar's location again.

Super delicious. The friendly staff helped us pick what to order. The fish was outstanding - fresh and juicy. Probably the best fast casual fish fry I’ve had. 10/10 would go back.
