It's Just Wings

Was missing a few items like Ranch Straws & Napkins.Other then that I Highly Recommend family loved the wings!

I really HATE to write bad reviews BUT, this is an exception!! Last Sunday 03/20/2022 we placed an order for over 30 wings at 6:30pm for pickup in Allen TX and was told the pickup time would be 7:03. I arrived at 7:10 pm allowing them a little extra time because it was Sunday evening. Upon arrival, I noticed there were NO parking spaces for the To-Go orders and also, after speaking with a guy in line was told that everyone had been there OVER AN HOUR!! I hoped for the best but, after several conversations with the manager about my order, at approx., 8:40pm I was handed a bag and told ' We think this is yours'!!!! Needless to say, I was totally starving by now and had work in the morning, I took the bag of hoping for at least something CLOSE to what we had ordered!! NO SUCH LUCK, only 8 of the wings out of 34 wings was correct and they even forgot the 11 free wings which left us short of food!! Look nimrods, ALL I EXPECT TO GET WHEN I ORDER SOMETHING IS WHAT I PAID FOR AND IN THIS

Paid for extra sauce and didn't get it. Boneless wings were dry.
