Italian Kitchen Pizzeria II

Cheesesteak pizza was delicious!????????????THAT WAS A YEAR AGO. NOW....we ordered last night. Small sausage pizza and a cheesesteak with provolone, salt, pepper, ketchup, and hot peppers. The pizza was not the best and the steak???????????????????? dry meat like it was days old. I don't know who is cooking but they need to stop immediately! This food is not like it used to be. I threw the steak away. It was not tasty at all????

This was the worst experience I have ever had at this restaurant. From the disrespectful 15 year old that answered the phone and was snappy with me for complaining that it had been almost 2 hours and we still didn't have our food. To the soggy salad and the stone cold fries, never again. I understand stand $68 is a lot of money but when we talking on 4 ordering lunch that should be important enough. We ordered the taco pizza and everything was stuck to the top of the box, like even the lettuce. Our 2 raps we cold and the French fries were old at this point. I also ordered the teriyaki chicken salad, this used to be my favorite, until I received it today and it was completely wilted lettuce hot and chicken cold. Talk about not matching properly. The owner of the business refused to speak with me over the phone. The manager said the best he could do was $40 credit on my phone number for the next order. Having worked a few hours of overtime this day, I wanted something slightly different for dinner. So I called home to see what all everyone wanted. Pizza was the general consensus and I was thinking pizza... BUT BIGGER! And that is when I said "Italian Kitchen"! From the photo, you can see that everyone got what they wanted, and we all were very pleased with it.
