We ordered curbside, and were told it would be ready in 45 minutes. When we arrived, there was no area for curbside pickup, and no parking at all. (They were very busy, but they shouldn’t have accepted our order.) My husband went in while I drove around the block. For 45 minutes! They told him they were “just boxing it up” but that was untrue. 15 minutes later they said they were working on it. There was not a mask in sight and it was crowded. After someone dumped sauce all over his shoe, he finally left in disgust. We were very sad!
We have had many great experiences here, but once in a while it can be sub-par. We will still continue to frequent the IA with high expectations!
