Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant

Very disappointing. We have been approximately 10 times so we have a decent sample size. The food is fairly good and I like the beer flights. Unfortunately, the service is so terrible that we will never be back. On multiple occasions, we have been seated and then waited 15 plus minutes with no waiter. I gave them a pass during Covid but now they have plenty of servers who stand around chatting instead of taking an order. Hopefully this pace will change management or a new restaurant will come in that cares about customer service.

Their little hot chicken sliders were quite good (though not actually spicy at all). I believe they had 6 IPAs on tap, which for an IPA fanatic like myself, was pretty damn awesome.

Terrible service, not any better with the food! My steak was ordered medium rare, came back well done and dry as the Sahara. Had to specifically mention, multiple times, how I hadn't gotten my drink yet and my husband's drinks were brought out after literally yelling across the restaurant that he didn't get them yet. The busboy was the only employee we could find at one point, and he refused to get me a to go box so we could at least eat the fries at home. Would never go back. 0/10 do not recommend. $20/steak for WHAT
