Nice atmosphere and just the right amount of background noise that conversation is easy and no need to raise your voice. The food is top notch. Kinda funny "antenna" garnish on most of the plating.
Most restaurants are short staffed these days. Irina's is not an exception, but the service they provided to my family tonight was the best I've ever been apart of. Amazing food, amazing atmosphere, amazing staff. This continues to be my favorite restaurant in the Des Moines area!
