- food was good, the Ruben was extremely flavorful that my girl had. The chick tullamore I got was good for the most part but the chicken was a bit dry. - the bread they give you was a bit weird and kinda hard I know it's how it's supposed to be but still not that great to my taste. - have a nice selection of items on the menu. - inside is nice and quiet when we went, the outside is super nice and comfortable looking. Definitely would recommend outside seating when the weather is nice. - staff were a mix, some really friendly and others didn't have much of a personality. - service was a bit off it seemed like when we went but still not the worst we've experienced. - places was clean and organized. - prices normal for the area. - parking is good as long as they are not over the top busy. - overall not a bad first experience at this location.
My husband and I had a wonderful meal here. The potato leek soup was rich and creamy. Sausage roll nice and flaky and perfectly seasoned. Beef stew had huge chunks of meat cooked just right. Our server Nick was fantastic and the managers/owner checked on us as well to make sure we were being taken care of. I can't want to come back here again.
Finally made it here. Not sure why I didn't stop before when I used to live in DMV. Menu selection was extensive. They did have the traditional Irish dishes but this time, i opted for Rainbow Trout and the hubby went for the Steak & mac cheese. Mine with the spinach and rice was the perfect summer dish. Trout was cooked perfectly and the cream sauce topping was the perfect complement. The hubby was pleasantly surprised with his. He expected that the steak will be incorporated into the mac and cheese. This was better. Again, full flavors there.
