Iraqi Kabob

My (Egyptian) mother loves this place and her and the server lady seem to be lost sisters so that's that. Sidenote; Egyptians and Shia get along really well for some reason. Anyways the food is great, the servers are terrific and the ambiance is what a REAL Arab eatery is -tailored to Dearborn Arabs (ie Arabs serving other Arabs) so it's more authentic than bigger/fancier "middle eastern cuisines" that actually cater to Western palettes to maximize profits. Not here. What they lack in size and fanciness, they more than makeup for with the food. My mama likes it so I like it.

Meat was well seasoned but very cheap cuts w/lots of gristle. Hummus & salad was good but not amazing. Atmosphere is bright LED lights & bottled Kirkland water. If you have to eat here, the chicken tikka is OK. I generally love dives & ethnic food, but I'm not a fan of this place.

I love to come here always to have kebab, but the last time I went there I got poisoned after eating there and I was sick with diarrhea for couple days. After seeing the other comments, I agree they sell old meat, the place is not clean, salty, and they season it a lot to cover it smells.
