Food was very average. Smallest portion of fries I've received anywhere. Pretty pricey, but definitely not worth the price they ask. When my food came out, it was warm. Not hot. My server was polite and the place is well kept and clean.

The breakfast was phenomenal and dessert was very tasty. The servers seemed overwhelmed or maybe undertrained, so not the best there but the food more than made up for it.

One, you may want to contact Open Table because they have brunch at $18.95 per person, not $34.95 per person. I almost fainted at the sticker shock, especially when I was told I had to pay in advance including an 18% gratuity. Two, I just gave you a one-star rating on Open Table. For the price, the service was shockingly bad. When we arrived, I tried to check in at what appeared to be the hostess station. She (snottily) directed us to the hotel front desk where we had to pay IN ADVANCE including the 18% gratuity for a buffet. We saw "our server" twice who didn't bother to even introduce herself or say welcome. She just asked, "What do you want to drink?" Despite it being Mother's Day and a children's menu, there was no milk according to the server and no root beer. She also didn't make any suggestions, like maybe the mimosas that we saw other tables enjoying later. When she brought our drink order (sodas, coffee) much of my coffee was on the saucer and not in the cup. Later I flagged d
