We love Inka Cantina and don't go often enough. A while back we had a party of 28 and the staff/owner were perfect. Everyone was happy. Recently we had a party of 12, four kids included. Great service but the food not really. I ordered a ceviche mixto ; not good at all, and calamar frito, was very bad, The calamari is too crispy, the truth should improve it. Sometimes these restaurants put too much egg and flour before frying it to make the dish look bigger. Don't put so much on it!!! just serve a dish that is delicious.
This place is very very good, owned my mother and daughter, the food is fresh and very tasty. The green Ahi sauce can be very spicy but we love it. The service may not be quick but they are very good and personable. There may be a language barrier but should not be a problem. The food quality and tastes make up for everything else. I highly recommend this place!
