This is my favorite Indian restaurant so I've been there before. The food has both authentic and delicious flavors. We had it medium spicy which turned out to be on the upper edge of my tolerance but with yogurt perfectly balanced. I enjoyed my selection enough to record it for next time but if you're adventurous, their menu has enough options to take years before you've tried them all. I went with two others and we shared, so had three flavor profiles. The drinks and desserts were wonderful as well though a tip is to order dessert with the meal because they'd run out of one option. Updated to add we went mid week and the staffing levels were low. Still helpful and nice but very busy. Come for a relaxed meal with excellent food, but not if you're in a rush.
Fantastic food! I got the veggie korma, malai kofa, fried mozzarella, and samosas as well as the plain, garlic, and cheese naan. Everything was delicious, the chutneys for the samosas were also great! Thank you!
Food is awful. Always lacks love and flavor. Very watered down and cheap Indian food. I have unfortunately eaten here 3 times. It was the first Indian place I was taken to in Reno. I have been disappointed every time. The first time it was lacking flavor, but the service was pretty decent so I gave it a second chance. The second time the dinner food looked and tasted like it was old buffet food that had been sitting around all day. I never wanted to come back but they enticed me with a lunch buffet. The third time I went, the food looked fresher than when I ordered dinner there previously but still lacked so much flavor. I am mostly disappointed at the money I spent. To make sure I ate enough, I scooped up a majority of the potatoes from an "aloo" dish they had. The "yellow dahl" was very watery and had no lentils in it whatsoever. The vegetable masala had carrots and mushrooms or something. Very cheap and simple. Not one dish with paneer. No samosas. Crunchy cheap made naan bread. V
