Great food. Terrible customer service. Will call and call will go straight to voice mail. Hire another person that can answer phone calls. Called ten times from my cell phone and ten times from my work phone. No one ever answered. When the woman does answer, she has a nasty attitude like it’s my fault the owner wont hire another person to help take calls and place orders. I can only imagine how much money they lose when not answering phone in orders. Get more employees. Get a better location. Accept debit and credit cards. Do better. Thanks.
This was my first time eating here, the Rib Tips were a hit. But the Mac & Cheese was ???? Trash the Mashed Potatoes was packaged not Homemade. They were okay the cupcake cornbread was okay as well. Oh They don’t take orders over the phone for pick up.
The food was horrible ! I got the catfish dinner with Mac and cheese and loaded potatoes. The Mac and cheese was at least a day or two old and you could tell they just warmed it up in the microwave as some of it was still cold. As for the loaded mashed potatoes they were cold, cheese wasn’t melted and the bacon on top was cold . Not to mention the driveway wasn’t even plowed. Definitely wouldn’t recommend!
