In The Kitchen with Bob Waggoner

What a fantastic class! Chef Bob is very entertaining, as well as a talented chef. I cook quite a bit but I learned a lot from Chef Bob. It as hands on, elegant, and a great set up. The table is beautifully set, the wines were fantastic and paired extremely well. He limits it to 5-6 couples so it was a perfect size. We cooked duck breast with a blueberry sauce, shrimp with roasted tomatoes and zucchini, apple tart. While all of that sounds simple, he gave us many tips on how to get the best flavor out of boring shrimp, perfecting cooking duck, and the easiest dessert that looks like you spent a lot of time on it. Great time!

Bob was awesome!! The evening was fun and entertaining. The food was spectacular!! The lamb was really special and Bob helped us cook it ourselves. We will be back!

Great food, great company. Entertaining host and excellent instruction. Pearls of wisdom sharing the whys and wherefores of food preparation that we can now use to impress others at home. Will definitely come again.
