Great location, easy on and off the freeway on our way to LA for the day. As usual with In and Out it was quite crowded (especially since it was around 2pm) but the staff is like a well-oiled machine and got everything out hot and fresh and quickly! Food and service are usually always consistent and good and this In and Out was no different!
Never had an issue here. Orders are always right, staff always friendly, food always prepared right. Of course the line is often very, very long as with every in n out location but I like that they manage it well by having someone out there to take orders. Also love that they’re open late when everywhere else is closed! Oh and it’s great that the staff is paid well and loyalty is rewarded especially the managers with a 6 figure salary. They are a great example of how a business should be ran. It’s no wonder the employees often have a pleasant attitude.
OBVIOUSLY WE ALL LOVE LOVE LOVE IN N OUT BURGER. BUT THE BIGGEST REASON I KEEP COMING BACK IS BECAUSE OF THIS BRANCHES CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE STAFF HERE LIKE TO ENGAGE WITH THE CUSTOMERS IN A VERY POSITIVE WAY. THE STAFF SEEM TO HAVE A WONDERFUL CHEMISTRY AND DURING ONE OF MY MANY VISITS; ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS HELPED ME WITH MY FLAT TIRE. THIS CONSTITUTES THE GREATEST REPUTATION IN MY WORLD. IM JUST ONE PERSON. BUT I LOVE THIS PLACE. THIS IS WHAT TRULY MAKES OUR WORLD GREAT. ( GOOD FOOD! GOOD DRINKS! AND GREAT COMPANY! )
