Imo's Pizza

Waited an hour in line of the pickup window. Employee kept ignoring the pickup window. She only would wait on the walk in customers. She would leave the front counter and go into the back ten minutes at a time. Food is cold and awful tasting. Had to throw pizza away.

Bad customer appreciation day!! This place was not prepared for the extra business!! Why advertise but yet not have enough help or enough worker's, to handle the dinner rush crowd?? This special price was for carry out only - but yet by the time we got home, our food was barely warm! And the wait to get our food was a long-time wait!! Not good Imo's for your business or for your appreciation for all of your regular customers!! Barely warm food is not worth waiting for, nor paying our hard earned money for!!

Seriously. Since when did imos start putting the cheese on top of the meat? With all due respect that ruins it. Grab hold of this please. You put the sauce down, then the cheese, then the meat. Disappointing. The way you do it makes the toppings fall off when you bite into a piece, and every bite greasy. Train these young people how to make an imos pizza.
