We had an amazing time at Il Palato tonight. From the eggplant appetizer to the mista salad and pizza, our meal was absolutely perfect. The staff was attentive and Alan was a star! Great atmosphere too. I highly recommend!
Be careful to inquire about specials. I ordered the tuna expecting a tuna steak. Instead, I was brought a plate with four strips of rather dry tuna, no discernible sauce and five onion-ringed shaped slices of squash. I’m not a big eater ordinarily but was left feeling rather empty with this meal.
The ambience can’t be beat! The staff is exceedingly accommodating and they make you feel so welcome. The eggplant is out of this world good and I also highly recommend the heirloom tomato salad when in season. My boyfriend loved the carmelized onions on the pizza! Jack and Alan took such good care of us. We keep coming back to try something new every time.
