We recently dined at Ijji2, and I must say it offers pretty good quality all-you-can-eat sushi in town. The wait time was not bad, and the highlight for me was the dessert at the end - orange with plum wine, which we absolutely loved! I have had hibachi before. We went to celebrate my daughter's birthday. She was so excited to introduce her dad, grandma, and brother to Hibachi. However, the cook we received did not seem to want to be there. We informed him of my mother-in-law's dietary needs. He first seemed to take her dietary needs seriously. But, by the middle of the meal he had completely forgotten. Dietary needs are as important as allergies. Restaurants should take them seriously. On to the food. Our lobsters were overcooked. The appetizers came at the end of the meal. He coughed and sneezed while preparing our food. He didn't do any of the normal cheesy jokes or humor that is so popular at Hibachi restaurants. The rest of the food was just ok. It was amazing like it normally is. There were 7 adults and one child. He knew he was going to get the 18% mandatory gratuity. It should also be mentioned that there was some kind of grease trap in the overhead fan or exhaust that they removed while our food was still o
