IHOP

Came in about midnight and i think the kitchen was sleeping bc it took almost 20 mins just for some french toast and pancakes to come out. Hash browns were burnt and cold so not sure what took so long. Only great thing was learning they have a large hot chocolate!

This place has definitely gone down hill. I don’t even think they had a manager on site when we were there. Me and my friends waited at least 10 minutes before someone recognized us at the front to seat us. We waited another 15 minutes before we had a waiter take our drink and food order and we only saw him maybe 3 times, he never checked on us. The restaurant was not even a quarter full, 7 tables at most had people. There were at least that many tables that were full of dirty dishes and cups, which didn’t get started to be picked up until we were finished eating, and even then 2-3 of those tables still weren’t touched. This is definitely not the same IHOP it used to be. They can’t blame this stuff on the pandemic because we’re past that point. Plus they have renovated the place which you would think they would be more well kept. I understand my friends and I were there during evening hours but there should be no excuses to be that lazy. Well, we made the mistake of keeping our booth next to a booth of young teens. They were so rowdy we could hardly enjoy our meal. The food was great, but if you stop in to eat there, if noisy you greens come inside, be sure to request a table change????
