IHOP

The word of today is communication. This place has the worst service especially on weekends when it's crowded. Then you have the communication from the kitchen to the waitress. This isn't about the waitress because she was obviously overworked handling many tables with no help. The manager who was just standing around could have jumped in and helped her team but she just stood and work the order for the kitchen while the staff had to run ragged. As a retail manager myself I would have been taking orders and cleaning tables. It's all about teamwork. We finally got our food after about a 35 minute wait that is completely unacceptable for a full service restaurant especially a national chain restaurant like iHop.

Customer service just keeps getting better here. You can see them making an effort to be really welcoming to guests. Depending on what time you dine, food arrived quicker than expected. Food is always great and consistent! Parking: Lots of parking in the area Wheelchair accessibility: No steps anywhere

Not very happy with the meals we ordered. Also took quite some time to get our meals. But then, I recognised my error- why did I even order steak at ihop? Crazy action...????
