Went to IHOP this morning for breakfast and had the delicious cinna-stack pancakes with the breakfast sampler. The food was delicious and our server Monika (with a K) was great. She had a great personality and was very hospitable as well. Thank you ☺️
Maybe not the greatest time to forcefully talk to staff about wrong plates going to wrong tables at the entrance to the expo line. Manager stepped over fallen kids menu on the floor several times before a server picked it up. From a former restaurant manager to another, guest experience perception is everything, cleanliness matters.
This was the only place open for in person dining around 11:30 pm. Not sure why, but other restaurants decide to close early even though their published hours reflect otherwise. Regardless, this IHOP really saved the day since we were out all day and didn't get a chance to have an actual meal. The location was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was great. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable food late at night.
