Waited 25 minutes to get our order placed. Three tables that came in after us got served first. Staff was busy while the Manager was filling condiments, Maybe He could have helped the Customers instead. Food was good but I won't go back this location. Many other places to eat with much better service
Night waitress was very helpful even though there was a rush that came in while we were seated. She did a fantastic job!
The service is slow and the food doesn't come out all at once. I received my meal quickly, finished eating and waited another 15mins for my family to receive their food. The waitress tried to deliver the check before they brought the food. I always had to flag the waitress down if we needed something. She never checked on us for refills or to see if we needed anything. I don't live by this IHOP but if I did I wouldn't come back.
