Came to IHOP on our trip to Tampa. We were waited on by Dion. Amazing man, superior customer service. My sister who is disabled was with us… he picked up on it and was just so kind and gentle with her. I will absolutely be back again.
There are a few healthy options which is always a delightful surprise. And cage-free eggs! Their senior menu is better than Denny's: more options. Kim the waitress is definitely five stars.
Restrooms dirty, sent ppl to hotel next door to use their restroom. Took an hour to get food after ordered. When food arrived it was barely warm. As if sitting there waiting for server to pick it up. Just over all not a good experience
