I'm at this I. Hop and Kelly come up to take my order; while doing so, she's touching her hat and scratching her head. So as she approached the kitchen, I asked if she would wash her hands before fixing my food! Her whole face Attitude!!! First of all, you're working with food; second, it's a safety hazard and not professional to not wash your hands. Umm, excuse me, you are working with and around food. Why hire people if they can't be clean? Germs are everywhere. I hate when a person gets an Attitude, when asked to, was their hands!!! That is uncalled for. I will be forwarded this to BBB
Came here yesterday for breakfast with my family for the $5 unlimited pancakes and for my mothers love for ihop. I noticed there was a huge change to the menu with new exciting menu items that I couldn’t wait to try! I ordered the spicy poblano eggs Benedict because I’ve had it as an omelette and really enjoyed it. I don’t understand the name at all when the omelette and Benny wasn’t spicy at all like there is zero spicy flavor at all. I can eat spicy foods and sometimes I can’t tolerate some levels but this you can’t taste any heat at all. Aside from that, it tastes like the omelette in terms of flavor but on English muffins and topped with poached eggs. The biggest thing I really hate and all restaurants that offer eggs Benedict is that the eggs are always so small. It’s like eggs ain’t expensive no more so start using large or even medium sized eggs please. I totally recommend this dish and I would go back. We walked in and was seat pretty fast the place was at regular pace for a Saturday morning, Great waiter and she was very nice however the manger fixed our drink and she was nice as well but the Drink was served with Hair on the cup and hair in my food.
