Absolutely best one I've been at! Seated right away, very clean & the staff are so welcoming! Nice music playing at perfect sound level to hear and talk????????Price is great on everything and the food is Yummy Goodness! I will be come back here again! ????????

My wife and I stop at IHOP for breakfast the other day and it was pitiful. NOT the food or the service, that was better than average, it was weird to be the only two people in the restaurant! Other people show up (6 in total) I am not complaining, I like being the onlyones there and get the service and atention we received. But, I know that business cannot survive this. I hope it gets better for all businesses.
