Big Breakfast and I had Breakfast Crepes. Both were great and met expectations. (4 stars). Service was OK. Had to ask for anything we needed when we saw the waitress (more coffee, extra napkins, butter, syrup. (3 stars) HERE IS MY ISSUE: Each of my kids ordered the silver Dollar kids breakfast (which does not come with a drink). IHOP charges $2.49 for each drink…most places have drink includes, but, ok, it says “free refills” so I’m ok with that, and my child had a refill of OJ. JUST KIDDING, refills are NOT free, unless it’s a soda. NO WHERE does it specify this (see photo of menu). Waitress said she even asked manager because it was confusing, but MANAGER told her to charge us for the OJ refill. SMH. I showed the waitress the menu and expressed my confusion but we were still charged for refill. I come from a customer service background and at that point (if it were me), would have apologized for the confusion and taken it off the bill. (1 star)

This is consistently the best IHOP I’ve been to. We came at lunch hour and we’re quoted 15-20m, and sat down within 15m. Rudy was our server and he was very attentive and provided quick service. The team also seems to work well altogether as far as being fast and efficient. I also love the consistency with the food/taste and knowing I’m going to get exactly what I expect. I’d drive out of my way to eat at this IHOP than the other nearby locations. Thank you IHOP Sandy team!
