IHOP

This used to be a favorite of my wife and I. But we had our last meal that this facility. We went in a few months back and we left because the place was empty and it took fifteen minutes for someone to come and seat us. We overlooked that, but then after another fifteen minutes of waiting for someone to take our order, we left. Today it took ten minutes for someone to wait on us, the place had four tables of customers in the whole restaurant. We placed our order and when the waitress brought it, half of my wife's meal fell off the plate and landed on the table. My wife said that's fine I'll have just a short stack. The franchise owner needs to make a decision to either staff the place or close. There were only three other tables with customers eating. The poor waitress looked like the only one working there. Won't go back and can't see how this place will survive. We had been long time customers, but won't be back.

Very impressed with my experience here. Have not ate at IHOP in a very long time. Actually I do not remember a variety and I was not ever impressed. But randomly my daughter and I stopped here. I was def impressed with the selection. Go IHOP with updating your menu. But not only that the service was exceptional. I wish I would of got my servers name but she was definitely great. Food was just as good. Very happy. Will come back again.

Worst IHOP ever, They tipped themselves over what I had left them, the service sucked and our order was wrong but still decided to tip them cash, checked my credit card and noticed they tipped themselves an additional $10. I was there this past Sunday.
