Best experience I've ever had at a IHOP and more than make up for the last experience in grand Junction. This place is a treasure. I wasn't really trusting all the 5 stars reviews but going in myself, I saw it with my own eyes. They had actual staff and weren't short handed. Everyone seemed super happy to be at work serving great food to patrons. Even the servers not assigned to you made sure you didn't need anything. Our server was on point. He took our order and the food all came out perfect. Again I have to go back to the atmosphere of this building. Imagine a waffle house but it's a IHOP. You can see the cooks and food being made. And the place was clean. Will definitely be stopping by any time we're in the Allen area. Dietary restrictions: They do offer turkey sausage or bacon as well as plant based ones. Kid-friendliness: They treated our kids perfect.
Needed to find a good breakfast place while on my trip to Richardson TX. Saw the building sign and figured haven't been to an IHOP in a long time. Pulled in for a table and ordered food. Staff was super friendly. Food came and it was delicious. Forgot how good IHOP is. Would highly recommend hitting this IHOP, easy access from the highway and great staff and food.
I usually love this IHOP. The servers are nice and food is ok but tonight the service was beyond awful. I came by myself and the waitress Eugenia walked me to my table. No greeting or anything, she was upset I was there. Didn't give me silverware, napkins, anything. I had to get up twice, to get a napkin and to ask for refills (twice). I had a collection of dirty glasses bc she would not pick them off after finally bringing the refill. I told her I wish that next time she has a better disposition and instead of apologizing she laughed. I guess there are bad apple everywhere. The food was good and ambience was awesome. Ppl were singing and ALL the tables joined the party. It was very fun. Totally recommend just make sure u ask for a different server.
